Based in the heart of the East Midlands, Rykneld Homes manages, maintains and delivers improvements to approx. 7,600 properties across the largely rural area of North East Derbyshire, dispersed throughout its small towns – namely Clay Cross, Dronfield, Eckington and Killamarsh and surrounding villages.
For the past 11 years Rykneld Homes has been registered with the Regulator of Social Housing and has been successfully developing, acquiring, and building for sale its own housing. It now owns 140 properties (including shared ownership) as a Registered Provider of Social Housing on behalf of North East Derbyshire District Council.

To strengthen the existing Senior Management Team (SMT), we are now seeking a Director of Property Services to take us to the next level. With a wide and varied portfolio across repairs, voids, damp and mould, technical services, planned and strategic investment, this is a critical role holding a direct and powerful impact upon the safety and wellbeing of our residents and their families.
